Our Journey. Our People. Your Success.
Ten years is a strange number to sit with. It’s long enough to have seen entire technologies rise and fade, and short enough that most of us who started this journey are still here, still building. When Briskstar began, the industry looked nothing like it does today. Cloud was still “the future,” mobile apps were a novelty for most businesses, and AI was mostly a research conversation, not a boardroom one. A decade later, we’ve lived through all of those shifts, not as spectators, but as a team that kept showing up, adapting, and building alongside our clients.
This is that story.
2016โ2017: Laying the Foundation
Briskstar didn’t start with a grand vision statement or a war chest of funding. It started with .NET, a small team, and a simple idea that if you deliver honest, quality work consistently, trust follows naturally. There was no shortcut to credibility in those early days. Every project was a chance to prove ourselves, and every client relationship we built became the quiet foundation that the rest of our journey stands on today.
2018โ2019: Widening Our Horizon
As businesses around us started thinking beyond desktop software, we moved with them into mobile app development, into modern JavaScript technologies. This wasn’t a trend we jumped on; it was a response to what our clients genuinely needed. Digital experiences were getting faster and more personal, and we wanted to be the team that could deliver that shift, not just talk about it.
2020โ2021: The Years That Tested Everyone
If you ask anyone at Briskstar about these two years, you’ll hear the same thing: it wasn’t easy, but we didn’t stop. When the world went into lockdown, our team adapted almost overnight, moving to remote work, adopting open-source technologies to stay agile, and strengthening our infrastructure so client delivery never slipped. We didn’t cut corners, and we didn’t leave our clients stranded mid-project. Looking back, this is probably the period we’re quietly proudest of, not because of what we built, but because of how we held things together when it mattered most.
“We’ve always believed that a company’s real character shows up in its hardest years, not its easiest ones. 2020 tested us, and our team’s response to that is something I still think about with pride.” [Bhavesh Sanghani and Bijal Soni], Briskstar
2022โ2023: Scaling With Intention
With a steadier ground beneath us, we started scaling but carefully, not recklessly. Our team grew, our technical capabilities deepened, and our client base expanded well beyond where we started geographically. This was less about chasing bigger numbers and more about earning the right to take on bigger, more complex problems for clients who were trusting us with more each year.
2024โ2025: Building for What’s Next
This is where Briskstar leaned fully into AI, cloud transformation, and enterprise-grade solutions. Not because these were buzzwords worth chasing, but because our clients were asking harder questions: how do we automate this, how do we scale that, how do we future-proof our systems? We invested in the people and technology needed to answer those questions properly, and it changed the kind of work we could take on.
2026 & Beyond: What We’re Building Next
Ten years in, the roadmap ahead looks less like a fixed plan and more like a continued commitment. We’re doubling down on AI-led product development, deepening our cloud and enterprise capabilities, and most importantly, investing further in the partnerships that got us here. The next chapter isn’t about reinventing who we are; it’s about doing more of what’s worked: showing up, adapting fast, and building things our clients can actually rely on.
A Decade, By the Numbers
None of this happened on its own. It took 80+ experts who chose to build their careers here, clients across the globe who placed their trust in a team they couldn’t always meet in person, and more success stories than we’ve been able to count, each one a small proof that the hard years were worth it.
Before We Close
A decade of innovation doesn’t mean much without the people behind it. To every client who stayed with us through pivots and pandemics, to every team member who showed up when it was hard, and to everyone who’s about to start this journey with us, thank you. Here’s to the next ten years of building a better digital future, together.
For us, today doesn’t feel very different from the day we started. Back in 2016, Briskstar was just a small team and a bunch of .NET projects, no big office, no fancy pitch deck, just people who wanted to build good software and keep their word to clients. Ten years later, that same intent is still what runs the company. We’ve just gotten better at it.
This is our 10th year, and honestly, it’s strange to look back and realize how much has changed the technology, the team, and the clients, while the reason we do this hasn’t changed at all.
Over these ten years, Briskstar has worked with clients across, and a good number of them are still with us today. Some of our earliest clients from 2016-17 are still sending us projects, and that’s not something we take lightly. It happens because of a culture we’ve held onto, being straightforward with clients, showing up even when a project gets hard, and treating our own team as well as we’d want to be treated ourselves.
Here’s a bit of what this decade has actually looked like at Briskstar.
Leadership That Stuck to the Basics
Under Bhavesh Sanghani’s lead, Briskstar never chased trends just to look busy. Every major shift we made moving into mobile apps, adopting open-source tools, and later getting into AI and cloud happened because a client genuinely needed it, not because it looked good on a slide. That’s been the guiding rule since day one, and it’s the reason the team trusts the direction we take, year after year.
Building Things Before They Were “Normal”
Back when most companies were still figuring out basic web and mobile delivery, our team was already experimenting with JavaScript frameworks and open-source stacks to solve client problems faster and cheaper. It wasn’t about being ahead of the curve for bragging rights; it just made the work better, and clients noticed. Briskstar
Our People Come First
We say this a lot internally, and we mean it: take care of your team, and they’ll take care of your clients. Over the years, we’ve tried to actually act on that, recognizing people who go beyond their job description, giving credit where it’s due, and making sure growth inside Briskstar isn’t just a talking point. The reason we’ve kept 80+ experts and counting isn’t luck. People stay where they feel seen.
Keeping Up Without Losing Ourselves
2020 tested every company, us included. We moved to remote work almost overnight, leaned harder into open-source tools to stay flexible, and somehow delivered every project on time that year, with no missed deadlines, no employee let go. Since then, we’ve kept pushing into AI, cloud transformation, and enterprise solutions, not because it’s the trend, but because our clients are asking harder questions now, and we’d rather be ready than reactive.
What’s Coming Next
We’re not going to pretend we have the next ten years mapped out perfectly; nobody does. But here’s what we know: we’re going deeper into AI-driven solutions, strengthening what we already do well in cloud and enterprise work, and we’ve got a couple of things in the pipeline we’re not ready to announce yet. When they’re ready, you’ll hear about it first.
For now, this is enough: 10 years, one team that never stopped showing up, and a lot of clients who’ve stuck around long enough to become more like partners than customers. Here’s to the next ten.
