A mobile app with a goal-first experience. On first open, users set age, weight, height, wake/sleep times to get a tailored daily target. The main screen shows current intake, remaining target, the next reminder, and quick-add buttons (e.g., 200 ml). An Analysis tab visualizes water, steps, calories, sleep, and heart data for the day. A Goal screen offers presets like “Office Goal,” “Post‑workout,” and “Summertime” to adapt quickly.
